People come and go in our lives and we pass thru these places and structures some times with out even noticing. Why restore an old cabin or 2 in a town you got no connections to, that you dont really liike even; and why keep at it when it strains already troubled family relationships to the breaking point? Why not? These little houses have gone so far over any cost estimates made back in 2004 when we purchased the neglected rental property that cost per sq ft belief. Maybe it will be a good place to live after all.

well i've really let this blog go and wont try to catch it all up here. We had some good progress at least before shutting down. The electrical and plumbing rough-ins have passed their inspections. No HVAC and this terrible mason who would appear for an hour or two... more
